The Doula Collective presents a Doula Training program that’s interactive, allows the student to move at their pace, offers support to the degree it is is need, models the ethos of doula work

Divya Deswal


Divya Deswal has been a doula for two decades. She is also a Childbirth Educator, HypnoBirthing practitioner, HypnoFertility practitioner, Embody Birth Educator, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, PsychK practitioner Pre and Perinatal Educator and Mentor (APPPAH). 

 She believes the baby to be a sentient being, and the journey of motherhood a spiritual one. Her approach to doula work is influenced greatly by this belief and her culture where women traditionally nurtured and supported other women. 

The course encompasses all the different elements for doulas, that contribute to support and sense of safety for women during their childbearing period.
